Green Moonrise Hawaiian Sunrise Shell Pendant

The coloration in this beautiful Sunrise Shell is green & blue / gray with hints of blended yellow at the wings and scallop edges. Shells of this coloration are referred to by locals as "Moonrise Shells" due to their dark shade of blue or green color. They are also sometimes called "Black Sunrise Shells". This mature bottom shell is 1 1/16 inch in size with a wide / round shape, smooth, even ridges and crisp scallop edges. This rare green shade is one of my favorite seashell colorations, and is the color of the shell I wear daily.
